From the date of consent until membership withdrawal or withdrawal of consent. However, records of refusal to receive marketing communications may be retained for up to ten (10) years in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and for dispute resolution purposes.

5. Use of Photographs and Videos Taken at Exhibitions
Photographs and videos taken at exhibition venues may be used for exhibition promotion and marketing materials. Users may request the suspension of such use at any time before or after the event.

6. Right to Refuse Consent
Users have the right to refuse consent to receive marketing information. Refusal to provide such consent will not affect membership registration, exhibition participation, or the use of other basic services.
